Our host center is a world renowned luxury boutique resort called Kaaba Luum. The resort was built 95% by hand with very modern and thoughtful furnishings to fit lifes elements of air, fire, water and earth. Each villa has 2 private Queen rooms with private entrances and bathrooms and a 1st floor private King 1000 sq ft suite area that serves as a shared King space for up to 4 guests.
Your personal flight accommodations are on you with preferred arrival the start day of your retreat for arrival from 10 AM to 2 PM. This allows for us to gather the attendee’s at a set location for VIP transport to the event center throughout the day in groups.
Airfare will need to be booked preferred direct flights if possible to Cancun International (1.20 minhour to center) or Tulum International (1 hour to center) - If you need a travel agent to assist we have a representative that can book for you and assist.
If you need accommodations prior to the day of your event we can assist you with recommended stays and still assist with your transport.
Yes, we have a fixed itinerary for you that you will receive upon your arrival at Happy Hour! There is plenty of free time for you to relax and explore as well as you can schedule additional services. We do provide outings as a group with transportation. If you opt to go off site solo you can however you will be responsible for your own arrangements.
Solo travel is empowering yet international travel can cause one to have some reservations. Our site was chosen based on safety and easy transportation from the airport with reliable service. If you are solo we will ensure your step by step comfort and visuals to join our team immediately upon landing in Mexico.
We do have access to a great military body guard for additional cost if you have this need for your public protection.
Our center has 24 hour gated entry with a secured entrance.

Not everyone that wants to attend is accepted. We are not a rehab or mental health facility. We are retreat therapy using a holisitic approach and systems to reset your gut and nervous system.
Our behavioral therapist will consider the participants level of acceptability but know that all participants are well screened for acceptance for the greater good of the entire program.
Each guest will have an event schedule but all events are optional. This is your time and your space. Of course participation will give your the ability to gain all of the offerings of a holistic and wellness retreat but if you choose to come and eat and sleep and hang out when you wish…that is all on you!
21 and over. We have hosted 21-90. There are stairs and some uneven terrain on the property.
Our main demographic is burnout professionals with many different backgrounds. If you have a human nervous system you will benefit, if you need a break from the day to day grind you will benefit. Just come.
Our retreats are led with a Christian spirit of love and compassion, but are designed to warmly welcome people of all faiths and beliefs or none. As for politics we prefer to not speak of
The retreat is open to anyone however, woman are typical candidates for burn out retreats based on the ample amount of giving they extend in their lives without nurturing oneself. Elysian has a couples retreat in the Fall if you are looking for a more coed experience.
Yes. However, we encourage you to use your phone as little as possible to truly disconnect and immerse in the program.
As much as we would like to say no to this…many are working virtual and have lives to communicate with. You are there on your own cost so if you must work we will not stop you in the privacy of your own room. However if you are in shared room space we ask that you do not work to be fair to other participants that are there to unwind and relax away from a working environment. We will discuss your needs at your intake call.
If you have a support animal we can discuss it during intake.
We do not work with insurance directly. Some guest have recouped partial cost of their retreat through their insurance provider. We can provide a receipt for all of your services offered but that is the extent of our ability. Please check with your insurance provider directly.
We have a NO REFUND policy. However, if we have a waiting list and can find someone to take your place we can exchange your retreat dates - we can’t guarantee this. No credits can be given. We highly encourage trip protection if you would like protection from unforeseen circumstances.
Our chef is amazing however, so yes we can assist you. Primarily, our anti-inflammatory meals are not ideally suited for vegan and vegetarians because we rule out a lot of gut irritating foods which then makes vegan or vegetarian diets too restrictive. We can’t create a personalized meal plan for all guests but we can discuss your needs with our chef prior to your booking to ensure an option is available.
